It set off nearly a decade of sharing home-screen setups, touting the latest app you loved and caused frequent bouts of FOMO (fear of missing out) when someone shared a new app you didn’t yet have on your phone.
At Inman Connect San Francisco this year, countless presentations were centered around understanding the user interface of these apps — how to use it to get the most out of them.
