      Sheffield Townhouses are a group of 73 townhouse rental units located in Northwest Columbus, Ohio. Centrally located just south of Bethel Road, access to Rt 315 is just 2 minutes away, allowing 10 minute driving time to OSU campus or downtown and less than 10 minutes to 1-270. There are a number of Cota bus stops directly outside the townhouses as well. See Map Here.

      Being a family owned and managed company, our service is very personal and timely. If maintenance problems occur, we take care of them very quickly. Because our townhouses are well maintained and very competitively priced for the area, we usually keep all units occupied and are only available when one of our residents decides to leave. Therefore we normally keep a waiting list and will show individual units to prospective residents as they become available.


      All of the rental units are identical in floor plan and size with only minor differences in wall and floor coverings and location. Each unit is comprised of three floors: approximately 1025 sq. ft. of living space on the first and second floor and a full unfinished basement with washer/dryer hookup.

      The living space is carpeted throughout except the kitchen and baths, which have linoleum. All woodwork is finished natural, not painted. Closet space is abundant and is one of the favorite features of our units. There is a walk-in pantry in the kitchen and a wall to wall closet in each of the two bedrooms. The full bath on the second floor is spacious and also has a closet. There are two additional small closets in the upstairs hall. Downstairs on the first floor, the living room has built-in bookcases floor to ceiling all along one wall and a coat closet.

      Each kitchen/dining area has refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and disposal included. The kitchen opens out onto the patio through siding glass doors and each patio is surrounded by a solid six foot high cedar privacy fence. Outside the patio is the parking lot where each unit has at least 2 spaces for parking. Each unit has gas heat and hot water and central air conditioning. See Slide Show.
